We Have a Vision

Truth In Love Communications is a Christian Publishing House that is a ministry of Truth In Love Fellowship of Vancouver, Washington. TILC is the Christian publishing arm of the Truth In Love Ministries family.

Truth In Love was established in 2004. The vision of TILC is two-fold: First, to glorify God by producing printed and recorded materials that aid and encourage deeper study and understanding of God and His Word; second, to come alongside Christian men and women who have a God-given desire to minister to others through the written or spoken word and aid them in seeing their vision for ministry come to fruition.

As a Christian Publishing House, we always seek first to bring glory to God in each endeavor, and we will always put quality before quantity. Quick, honest responses and personal attention are always yours at TILC.

We Will Be Your Partner

Unlike many Christian self-publishing services, we do not operate on volume. We see ourselves as a partner in your ministry and your message, not a business to make as much money from as many authors as we can.

We realize that each author is unique and that every project is different. The needs of each author can change from project to project, even within the same genre.

Our goal as a Christian Publishing House is to ensure that the message God has given you to share gets out to the world in as professional, marketable, and cost-effective a manner as possible. We seek to meet or exceed your expectations as well as the industry’s standards every step of the way – and to do so as inexpensively for you as we can.

God Comes First!

We believe that every message needs a messenger and that God uses all kinds of people from every conceivable background to get His message across to as many people as can be reached. We also believe that He does so for His own glory and for the benefit of those who hear and respond.

At Truth In Love, we will not compromise biblical standards in order to produce a book or any other type of project. God is the most important partner in any endeavor—publishing included. You will never have to worry about your reputation being compromised in being associated with anything produced by this “house”, for this house belongs to God.

The Author Comes Before the Publisher

Truth In Love Communications is an author-focused publisher—you never give up the rights to your book and you are involved in every step of the process until your book is published.

We realize the incredible amount of time, energy and even of yourself that you have poured into your book. We go to great lengths to honor your vision as well as your investment. We desire a relationship with you, not just a business deal. Your goals become our goals. If we feel there would be a publishing house that would better serve you, we will help you connect with them.

Once we both agree to undertake your project together, we will tailor our services to meet your needs as well as your goals. Aside from personal author support, we will provide:

Our Statement of Faith

Truth in Love Communications is a Christian Publishing House that is an outreach ministry of Truth In Love Fellowship.  We are a Christ-centered, Bible-based ministry that is not a part of any denomination. The following is the “Statement of Faith” to which we subscribe. We accept the Scriptures as our only authority in matters of faith and practice and our interpretation of Bible doctrine leads us inexorably to believe:

  1. The scriptures of the Old & New Testament as being verbally inspired by God and inerrant and infallible in the original writings, and that they are of supreme and final authority.

  2. In one God eternally existing in one essence, yet co-equal persons, the Trinity: Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

  3. That Jesus Christ was begotten by God, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born to the virgin Mary.

  4. In the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. He is the life of the believer and He empowers the preaching and teaching of the Gospel.

  5. That mankind was created in the image of God, sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death, but spiritual death, which is separation from God, and that human beings are born with a sinful nature.

  6. That the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the basis of His shed blood.

  7. In the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, His ascension into heaven and His present life there as High Priest and Advocate for us.

  8. In the blessed hope, which is the personal, visible and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

  9. That all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again by the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God and heirs of eternal life.

  10. In the existence of a personal devil, who is still working in the world to destroy the souls of men and that he and all his angels and all who do not receive Christ as their personal Savior will eternally perish in the lake of fire.

  11. In the Church, whose mission it is to preach the Scriptures to all the world, all of its endeavors being guided by multiple leadership and supported by the wise stewardship of God's people.

  12. That the ordinances of the Church, given by the Lord, are Baptism and the Lord's Table (Communion).
